Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

PrematchIQ products are digital subscriptions delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

2. What you are purchasing

Our products provide access to calibrated probabilistic predictions, methodology documentation, and pre-match analyses. We do not promise gains, betting profits, or specific outcomes. The full methodology and walk-forward validation results are documented on our Methodology and Track Record pages so you can evaluate the product before purchase.

3. No refunds on digital content

The Pass CdM 2026 grants immediate access to a time-limited digital service during the FIFA World Cup 2026 (June 11 – July 19, 2026). Because the content is delivered instantly and tied to a specific event window, refunds are not available once access begins. The Season Pass is a monthly subscription you may cancel at any time to stop future billing; cancellations do not refund the current billing period.

4. Waiver of right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Where applicable (including the European Union under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), you confirm this acknowledgment at checkout.

5. Exceptional circumstances

Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or prolonged platform unavailability preventing reasonable use of the service may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within seven days with proof of purchase. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; disputes may also be raised through them.
