1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. PrematchIQ uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your session, and understand how the service is used. We follow a privacy-preserving approach by default.

2. Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required to deliver the service: authentication tokens, session identifiers, CSRF protection, and load-balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as login and access to your subscription.

3. Analytics and performance

We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregated usage metrics (page views, response times). No personal identifiers, cross-site tracking, or advertising profiles are collected. Vercel Speed Insights measures Core Web Vitals to improve performance.

4. Error tracking

We use Sentry to capture client-side and server-side errors so we can fix bugs. Sensitive headers (authorization, cookies) and personal fields (password, token, secret) are filtered before transmission. No marketing cookies are set.

5. Third-party cookies

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout pages. Refer to the Lemon Squeezy privacy statement for details. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social network tracking cookies.

6. Your choices

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent login and access to your account. Where required by law (including the EU), a consent banner controls non-essential cookies on your first visit.
